SecOps Engineer

JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
We’re looking for our future talent to join our IT team. IT Team is a driving force in the organization, by working with all departments of the UNITED CAPS Group to ensure the quality of current and future information systems and solutions.

You will be reporting directly to deputy IT director.

You will integrate an open, collaborative and autonomous environment that fosters curiosity and partnership as a springboard for a rewarding career in cybersecurity.

In UNITED CAPS, the SecOps Engineer will have the following missions:

• Monitoring and Detection: Management of internal IT and network services, vulnerability management.
• Risk management and mitigation: Leads or assists in incidents response.
• Security Automation: access management (MFA, SSO, EntraID) and implementation of automation for security operations and response management => automated threat detection, response workflows and configurations.
• Collaboration and communication: Work closely with IT team and others stakeholders in order to include security in each step of process development and operation (SecOps). You will communicate/exchange clearly and concretely with managers and others stakeholders on security risks and incidents.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensuring that the organization meets regulatory compliance requirements and prepare the success of the audits. You will maintain documentation and records to support your compliance with industry standards.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree in information technology (cybersecurity) or equivalent education or relevant experience

1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
