UNITED CAPS’s extensive portfolio of closures for containers of powdered and liquid chemicals fit a variety of neck sizes, from 28 to 45/50mm, and a diverse number of containers, from 250ml jars to 20 litre flasks. Customers opt for our solutions because we offer a wider range of liners, including heat-seal liners, standard foam, barrier and venting liners that can be used with polyethylene (PE), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), co-extrusion (EVPE) and fluorinated PE bottles. TE bands can be either ratchet- or snap-type.

Products aimed for use in the domestic environment need extra-safe seals. Our specially-designed selection of child resistant closures (CRC) ensures that chemical, pharmaceutical and hazardous products remain secure inside the canister when reclosed. We offer a choice of diameters and colours that combine child resistance with tamper evidence (TE). UNITED CAPS’s expansive assortment of caps means there is one to fit almost any container, making us your one-stop resource of chemical closures, fitting with your filling systems. With the most common neck diameters found on the European market being 29, 31, 38, 40 or 42mm and featuring a screw thread, UNITED CAPS has developed a complete range of solutions to meet all requirements. We can also satisfy local needs and standards based on your individual application with your choice of ratchet- or snap-type TE band.
