We are continually learning. Sharing ideas and experiences with customers, partners and suppliers ensures that we approach every project from a solid foundation of knowledge. Our business is about creating mutually-advantageous solutions. We consider every new design from all angles; taking into account required performance, end-user experience, manufacturing, transportation and more. A number of solutions have set new norms and enabled customers to significantly differentiate their products. Check out some that we are extremely proud of.

Our vast knowledge of plastic and how to manipulate it has enabled us to design original solutions to meet customers’ exact requirements for existing and emerging products. As you will see by clicking on the links below, we also fully understand how to combine the raw material with other advantageous applications, such as in-mould labelling (IML), silkscreen printing, tampo-printing, offset, multi-component assembly, ultrasonic welding, folding/slitting Tamper evident bands, lining (food and non-food), bi-injection, thin-gauge parts. UNITED CAPS experts are always available to offer advice and support.
